Who we are

DynDisc is the public tools site for Discipline Dynamics. We build free, private, no-signup calculators for mortgages and refinance, retirement (Roth vs Traditional, 401(k), IRA), trading (stock profit, futures margin and P&L, position size), health (TDEE, macros, fasting), and construction (square footage, cubic yards, asphalt).

Every tool runs in your browser. You type numbers; they stay on your device unless you share a URL. No account. No newsletter gate.

What we build

• Money — refinance break-even, mortgage payment, affordability, rent vs buy, paycheck, debt payoff, ROI.
• Retirement — Roth vs Traditional same-paycheck comparisons, 401(k) and Roth IRA projections with current IRS limits.
• Trading — stock profit after commission, futures margin and notional for NQ/ES/YM/RTY/CL/GC, risk/reward and position size.
• Health & construction — fasting timer, TDEE, protein, square footage, materials estimators.

How we design tools

Each calculator starts from a decision people actually argue about: refinance or stay, Roth or Traditional on the same paycheck, whether overnight futures margin fits the account, whether a stock trade cleared fees. We show the inputs that change the answer, label what is estimate vs broker/IRS fact, and keep related tools one click away.

We write original explainers and FAQs on the tool pages — not spun filler. Numbers run client-side in plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript so the page stays fast on phones. Dark UI, cyan accents, ad-ready spacing, mobile-first tap targets.

What we are not

We are not a bank, broker, lender marketplace, or medical practice. We do not give personalized tax, legal, investment, or medical advice. Quotes, rates, margins, and IRS limits change — verify with the institution that holds your money or your clinician before you act.

When affiliate or partner links exist, we label them. Dead “via your affiliate partners” placeholders do not belong on this site; money next steps point to real internal tools, Picks, or disclosed partners such as TradingView where those links already exist.

Privacy

We do not require an account and we do not sell personal information. Calculator inputs stay on your device. Hosting logs that keep the site online are covered in our Privacy Policy.

Editorial standards

Tool pages include original how-to copy and FAQs written for that calculator — formulas, edge cases, and what we deliberately leave out. We update IRS limit labels and contract-spec tables when those figures change. If something looks wrong, email us; we would rather fix a number than ship a pretty wrong answer.

Advertising (including Google AdSense when approved) and Amazon Associates help keep the tools free. Ads never change calculator math. Partner links are marked. Placeholder “your affiliate partners here” copy is not used.
