Plain language about what DynDisc and Fasting Phases do — and do not — collect.

DynDisc (dyndisc.com) is operated by Discipline Dynamics. This policy covers the DynDisc website, the free Fasting Phases web app on that site, and the paid iOS app Fasting Phases.
We do not require an account. We do not run a user login. We do not sell personal information.
The calculators on dyndisc.com run in your browser. Numbers you type stay on your device unless you choose to share them. We do not require an account to use them, and we do not store those inputs on our servers.
The free Fasting Phases web app (dyndisc.com/fasting) stores the timer locally in your browser (localStorage). That data stays on your device. We do not receive a copy. We do not sell it.
You can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser (or uninstalling the installed web app).
The paid iOS app Fasting Phases keeps fasts, streaks, and notification preferences on your device. There is no account. We do not run a backend for that data, so we do not collect, store, or sell it.
Deleting the app (or clearing its data in iOS Settings) deletes that on-device information. We have no server copy to retrieve or erase.
If you buy the app through Apple, Apple handles payment. We do not receive your payment card details.
We do not ask for your name, email, health records, or location for these products. The iOS app does not use third-party analytics or advertising identifiers for tracking.
Cloudflare may process request logs (such as IP address and user agent) in order to serve dyndisc.com, keep it available, and protect it from abuse. Those logs are processed as part of hosting, not as a user profile we build.
These products are not directed at children under 13. Fasting tools are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Keep using the site or app after a change only if you accept the updated policy.
